قررت نيابة العاشر من رمضان يوم 14/6/2020 حبس المواطن أحمد محمد فوزى، 15 يومًا على ذمة التحقيقات في اتهامه بالانضمام إلى جماعة أسست على خلاف أحكام القانون والدستور وحيازة منشورات ٠ كانت قوات أمن العاشر من رمضان - محافظة الشرقية - قد اعتقلت أحمد فوزي يوم 12/6/2020 يذكر أن أحمد هو شقيق عبد الله فوزي المحامي ، المعتقل بقسم أول العاشر من رمضان منذ 15/1/2020.
