لفظ المواطن/ محمد كبكب - 50 عام - ، أنفاسه الاخيرة مساء أمس الثلاثاء 7 مارس 2020 بقسم شرطة الدخيلة جراء الإهمال الطبي المتعمد، فقد كان يعاني من الضغط وضيق التنفس ، وأدي وضعه بحجز مكدس بالمدخنين ، مع إنعدام الرعاية الصحية ،إلي وفاته ،يأتي ذلك في ظل مطالبات دولية وبرلمانية وحقوقية بإطلاق سراح المعتقلين خوفاً من تفشي وباء فيروس كورونا ، دون أدني استجابة من السلطات المصرية ما ينذر بكارثة قومية. Vatandaş / Mohamed Kabbak, dün nefesini dün akşam, 7 Mart 2020 Salı, Dekheila Emniyet Müdürlüğü'nde, kasıtlı tıbbi ihmal nedeniyle nefes aldı, çünkü baskı ve nefes darlığı çekiyordu ve sağlık talepleri olan bir sigara içen durumu, ölümüne yol açtı ve bu uluslararası taleplerin ışığında ortaya çıkıyor Parlamento ve insan hakları savunucuları, Mısır yetkililerinden ulusal bir felaketi tehdit eden en ufak bir tepki olmaksızın Corona virüsünün yayılmasından korkmak üzere serbest bırakıldı.
