قوات الأمن بمحافظة الغربية، تُخفي قسراً المواطن «علي ماهر حماد»، من المحلة الكبرى،، منذ اعتقاله يوم 27 مارس 2020، دون سند قانوني، وتم اقتياده لجهة غير معلومة، ولم يتم عرضه على أي جهة تحقيق رغم مرور 4 أيام علي إعتقاله التعسفي. The security forces in Gharbia Governorate forcibly hide the citizen, Ali Maher Hammad, from Al-Mahalla al-Kubra, since his arrest on March 27, 2020 without legal support, and he was taken to an unknown authority, and he was not presented to any investigation authority despite the lapse of 4 days since his arbitrary detention Gharbia Valiliği'ndeki güvenlik güçleri, 27 Mart 2020'de yasal destek almadan tutuklanmasından bu yana vatandaşı Ali Maher Hammad'ı Al-Mahalla al-Kubra'dan zorla gizledi ve keyfi tutuklanmasından bu yana 4 gün geçmesine rağmen herhangi bir soruşturma makamına sunulmadı.
