بعد انتهائهما من قضاء حكم بالسجن لمدة 5 سنوات. وترحيلهما إلى قسم شرطة ديرب نجم لانهاء إجراءات الإفراج عنهما، فوجئ أهالي الطالبين أحمد عادل أبوالعينين، وعمار أحمد عبدالرازق،بعرضهما على نيابة ديرب نجم ، مرتدين ملابس السجن الزرقاء. وقد قررت نيابة ديرب نجم ، حبسهما ١٥ يومًا على ذمة التحقيقات في اتهامهما بالانضمام إلى جماعة أسست على خلاف أحكام القانون والدستور.
