قررت نيابة بلطيم بمحافظة كفر الشيخ، حبس المواطنين راضي محسن، وفتحي جلوة، 15 يومًا على ذمة التحقيقات في اتهامهم بالانضمام إلى جماعة أسست على خلاف أحكام القانون والدستور، بعد اعتقالهما من منزلهما يوم الثلاثاء،17 ديسمبر بدون سند قانوني. The Baltim Prosecution in Kafr El-Sheikh governorate decided to detain citizens Rady Mohsen and Fathi Jalwa for 15 days pending investigations into accusing them of joining a group that was established in contravention of the provisions of the law and the constitution, after they were arrested from their home on Tuesday, December 17 without legal basis. Kafr El-Şeyh Valiliği'ndeki Baltim Savcılığı, vatandaşların Rady Mohsen ve Fathi Jalwa'yı 15 gün boyunca alıkoymalarına karar vererek, yasa hükümlerine ve anayasa hükümlerine aykırı olarak kurulan bir gruba katılmalarını, hukuka aykırı olarak evlerinden tutuklandıktan sonra tutuklamalarına karar verdiler.
