اعتقلت قوات أمن الشرقية، يوم الأربعاء 24 يوليو، "عبد الفتاح شعيل"، 56 عامًا، إداري بالتربية والتعليم، من منزله بقرية قصاصين الشرق، دون سند من القانون، وتم اقتياده لجهة غير معلومة . On Wednesday (July 24th), al-Sharqiya security forces arrested Abdel Fattah Shu'ail, 56, an educational principal, from his house in the village of Qassasin al-Sharq, without any support from the law, and was taken to an unknown destination. 24 Temmuz Çarşamba günü, El-Sharqiya güvenlik güçleri 56 yaşındaki eğitimci müdürü Abdel Fattah Shu'ail'i, Qassasin al-Sharq köyündeki evinden yasadan destek almadan tutukladı ve bilinmeyen bir yere götürüldü.
