تواصل قوات الأمن بمحافظة الغربية، الإخفاء القسري بحق المواطن / محمد البيار، 42 عامًا، صاحب دار طباعة الأستاذ، بعد اعتقاله ( قبل ثلاثة أيام ) يوم الأربعاء 17 يوليو2019 من دار الطباعة الخاصة به، واقتياده إلى جهة مجهولة حتى الآن بعد التحفظ على آلات الطباعة. The security forces in Gharbia governorate continued the enforced disappearance of Mohammed al-Bayyar, 42, the owner of the printing house of the professor, after he was arrested (three days ago) on Wednesday, July 17, 2019 from his printing house and taken to an unknown destination, Gharbia Valiliği'ndeki güvenlik güçleri, 17 Temmuz 2019 Çarşamba günü basımevinden tutuklandıktan ve bilinmeyen bir yere götürüldükten sonra, profesörün basımevinin sahibi olan 42 yaşındaki Muhammed el-Bayyar'ın zorla kaybedilmesine devam etti.
