اعتقلت قوات الأمن بالقاهرة يوم الإثنين 11 يونيو، الدكتور / خالد ابو شادي - داعية إسلامي - من أمام مسجد بالتجمع الخامس بعد صلاة العشاء، واقتادته الي جهة غير معلومة، ولم يعرض على النيابة رغم مرور المدة القانونية . تحديث 25/6/2019 :ظهر الدكتور خالد أبو شادي، والدكتور أسامة العقباوي، يوم الثلاثاء 25 يونيو، في مقر نيابةأمن الدولة العليا بالتجمع الخامس بالقاهرة، خلال التحقيق معهما على ذمة القضية ٩٣٠لسنة٢٠١٩ حصر أمن دولة عليا،وتواجه النياية المتهمين في القضية باتهامات من بينها الانضمام إلى جماعة اسست على خلاف احكام القانون.وقررت النيابة حبسهما 15 يوم على ذمة التحقيقات On Monday (June 11th), Khaled Abu Shadi, an Islamic preacher, was arrested by security forces in Cairo in front of a mosque in the fifth assembly after 'Isha' prayer. He was taken to an unknown destination and was not presented to the prosecution despite the passage of the legal period. On June 25, Dr. Khalid Abu Shadi and Dr. Osama Al-Akbawi appeared at the Supreme State Prosecutor's Office at the Fifth Gathering in Cairo during an investigation into the case of 930 of 2019. Including joining a group established contrary to the provisions of the law. The prosecution decided to imprison them for 15 days pending investigation 11 Haziran Pazartesi günü, İslami bir vaiz olan Khaled Abu Shadi, Kahire'deki güvenlik güçleri tarafından 'İsha' namazından sonra beşinci mecliste bir caminin önünde tutuklandı, bilinmeyen bir yere götürüldü ve yasal sürenin geçmesine rağmen kovuşturmaya sunulmadı. 25 Haziran'da, Dr. Khalid Abu Shadi ve Dr. Osama Al-Akbawi, 2019 tarihli 930 davasıyla ilgili bir soruşturma sırasında Kahire'deki Beşinci Toplantıdaki Yüksek Eyalet Savcılığına göründüler. Kanun hükümlerine aykırı olarak kurulan bir gruba katılmak da dahil olmak üzere kovuşturma, soruşturmayı bekleyen 15 gün hapis cezasına çarptırıldı.
