دخل / وليد خضر الإضراب عن الطعامنتيجة سوء المعاملة والحرمان من التريض وظروف الحبس السيئة القاسية. حيث تم نقله إلى زانزانة2فى 2ونص متر بدون نور (النور لايدخل عندهم الا بالنهار)، بدون حمام، بدون تهوية إطلاقا فى مكان معزول عن باقى العنبر ولا يسمح إلا ببطانية فقط للفرش، وبدون أدوات للمعيشة.مما اضطر وليد خضر للإضراب عن الطعامفي ٢٢/٤/٢٠١٩ وهو مستمر في اضرابه لليوم السابع على التوالىوتُحمل أسرته إدارة السجن، ورئيس مصلحة السجون، مسؤولية سلامته كاملة.
