تواصل قوات أمن الفيوم الإخفاء القسري بحق المواطن / بلال عثمان عبد الباقى- 36 عام ،موظف بمحطة مياه الشرب بالفيوم، وأب لطفلين- للعام السادس. وكانت قوات أمن بملابس مدنية مصحوبة بقوة عسكرية قد اقتحمت منزله الكائن بقرية الطاحون في منشاة طنطاوى مركز سنورس بمحافظة الفيوم، يوم 15 أغسطس 2015 واقتادته إلى جهة غير معلومة. Fayoum security forces continue the enforced disappearance of Bilal Othman Abdel-Baqi, 36, an employee of the drinking water plant in Fayoum, and a father of two children, for the sixth year. On August 15, 2015, security forces in civilian clothes accompanied by a military force stormed his house in the village of al-Tahoun in Manshaat Tantawi, Sennuris District, Fayoum Governorate, and took him to an unknown destination. Fayoum güvenlik güçleri, Fayoum'daki içme suyu fabrikasının çalışanı ve iki çocuk babası olan 36 yaşındaki Bilal Othman Abdel-Baqi'nin altıncı yılında zorla kaybedilmesine devam ediyor. 15 Ağustos 2015'te, sivil giyimli güvenlik güçleri, askeri bir güç eşliğinde, Fayoum Valiliği, Sennuris İlçesi, Manshaat Tantavi'deki al-Tahoun köyündeki evini bastı ve onu bilinmeyen bir yere götürdü.
