بتاريخ 18/09/2021 قامت قوات الأمن بمركز بلبيس بإعتقال المواطن مصطفي كرم - من قرية شبرا النخلة - دون سند من القانون وكان هذا ضمن حملة اعتقالات قامت بها قوات أمن الشرقية في المدة من 11 سبتمبر حتي 20 سبتمبر.
