بتاريخ 18/09/2021 قامت قوات الأمن بمركز بلبيس بإعتقال المواطن سامح ربيع - من قرية شبرا النخلة - دون سند من القانون وكان هذا ضمن حملة اعتقالات قامت بها قوات أمن الشرقية في المدة من 11 سبتمبر حتي 20 سبتمبر. On 18/09/2021, the security forces in Belbeis arrested the citizen Sameh Rabie - from the village of Shubra Al-Nakhla - without legal support.
