بتاريخ 12/09/2021 قامت قوات الأمن بمركز أبو حماد بإعتقال المواطن ثروت سيد أحمد إبراهيم دون سند من القانون وكان هذا ضمن حملة اعتقالات قامت بها قوات أمن الشرقية في المدة من 11 سبتمبر حتي 17 سبتمبر. On 12/09/2021, the security forces in Abu Hammad Center arrested the citizen Tharwat Sayed Ahmed Ibrahim without legal support. This was part of a campaign of arrests carried out by the Sharkia security forces in the period from September 11 to September 17. 12/09/2021 tarihinde, Abu Hammad Center'daki güvenlik güçleri, Sharkia güvenlik güçlerinin 11 Eylül-17 Eylül döneminde gerçekleştirdiği bir tutuklama kampanyasının parçası olan vatandaş Tharwat Sayed Ahmed İbrahim'i yasal destek olmadan tutukladı.
