قضت محكمة النقض يوم 11/7/2021 في حكم بات، بتأييد حكم الجنايات الصادر بمعاقبة 9 متهمين بالسجن المؤبد بقضية اقتحام الحدود الشرقية في البلاد. وهم: محمد بديع، رشاد بيومي، محيي حامد، محمد سعد الكتاتني، سعد عصمت الحسيني، مصطفى الغنيمي، محمد البلتاجي، إبراهيم أبوعوف. كما قضت المحكمة ببراءة أحمد أبو مشهور، والسيد حسن، وصبحي صالح، وحمدي حسن، وأحمد دياب، وأحمد العجيزي، وعماد شمس الدين، وعلى عزالدين، بعد قبول طعنهم وإلغاء حكم الجانيات الصادر بمعاقبتهم بالمشدد 15 عاما. كما تضمن الحكم انقضاء الدعوى بحق المتهم عصام العريان لوفاته. On 11/7/2021, the Court of Cassation ruled in a court ruling, upholding the criminal verdict that punished 9 defendants with life imprisonment in the case of storming the eastern borders in the country. They are: Muhammad Badie, Rashad Bayoumi, Mohie Hamed, Muhammad Saad Al-Katatni, Saad Esmat Al-Husseini, Mustafa Al-Ghunaimi, Muhammad Al-Beltagy and Ibrahim Abu Ouf. The court also acquitted Ahmed Abu Mashhour, Mr. Hassan, Sobhi Saleh, Hamdi Hassan, Ahmed Diab, Ahmed El-Ajezi, Imad Shams El-Din, and Ali Ezz El-Din, after accepting their appeal and repealing the offenders' sentence of 15 years imprisonment. The ruling also included the termination of the case against the accused, Issam Al-Arian, due to his death. Yargıtay, 11/7/2021 tarihinde mahkemeden verdiği bir kararla, ülkenin doğu sınırına baskın düzenleyen 9 sanığın müebbet hapisle cezalandırılmasına ilişkin ceza kararını onadı. Bunlar: Muhammed Badie, Rashad Bayoumi, Mohi Hamed, Muhammed Saad Al-Katatni, Saad Esmat Al-Hüseyni, Mustafa Al-Ghunaimi, Muhammed Al-Beltagy, İbrahim Ebu Ouf. Mahkeme ayrıca Ahmed Abu Mashhour, Bay Hassan, Sobhi Saleh, Hamdi Hassan, Ahmed Diab, Ahmed Al-Ajezi, Imad Shams El-Din ve Ali Ezz El-Din'in temyizlerini kabul ettikten ve suçluların kararını iptal ettikten sonra beraatine karar verdi. onları 15 yıl ağır işçilikle cezalandırıyor.
