‏لفظ المعتقل / إبراهيم عبدالمنعم يوسف عطية- 47 عام، ليسانس أداب- جامعة الإسكندرية ، مقيم بالقرية العاشرة – أبيس الإسكندرية أنفاسه الاخيرة اليوم 21 فبراير 2021 داخل محبسه بسجن برج العرب، جراء الاهمال الطبي المتعمد بحق، حيث أصيب بفيروس كورونا، مع معاناته من مرض الدرن، ولم يلق ثمة رعاية طبية.‏ يذكر أنه معتقل منذ منتصف سبتمبر 2020 Detainee / Ibrahim Abdel Moneim Youssef Attia - 45 years old, Bachelor of Arts - Alexandria University, residing in the tenth village - Abbis Alexandria, pronounced his last breath today, February 21, 2021, in his prison cell in Burj Al Arab prison, as a result of deliberate medical negligence, as he was infected with the Corona virus, with his suffering from Tuberculosis, and there was no medical care.It is reported that he has been detained since mid-September 2020 Tutuklu / İbrahim Abdel Moneim Youssef Attia - 45 yaşında, Bachelor of Arts - Alexandria University, onuncu köyde ikamet ediyor - Abbis Alexandria, 21 Şubat 2021'de Burj Al Arab hapishanesindeki hücresinde son nefesini verdi. Corona virüsü ile enfekte olduğu, Tüberküloz hastası olduğu için kasıtlı tıbbi ihmal sonucu ve tıbbi bakım yoktu.2020 Eylül ortasından beri gözaltına alındığı bildirildi.
