قررت نيابة أمن الدولة العليا يوم 20/9/2020 حبس السيدة / هويدا أحمد حسين ربيع- 57 عام ، موظفة ، 15 يوم علي ذمة القضية رقم 880 اسنة 2020 حصر أمن دولة، بتمة المشاركة في تظاهرات 20 سبتمبر 2020. اعتقلت السيدة / هويدا من منزلها بالاسكندرية بتاريخ 16/9/2020 وظلت قيد الاختفاء القسري لمدة 4 أيام. On 20/9/2020, the Supreme State Security Prosecution decided to imprison Mrs. Howayda Ahmed Hussein Rabi`, 57 years old, employee, for 15 days pending case No. 880 years 2020 to restrict state security, with the participation in the September 20, 2020 demonstrations. Mrs. Howayda was arrested from her home in Alexandria on 9/15/2020 and remained under enforced disappearance for 5 days. 20/9/2020 tarihinde, Yüksek Devlet Güvenlik Savcılığı, 57 yaşındaki çalışan Bayan Howayda Ahmed Hussein Rabi`yi, 20 Eylül 2020 gösterilerine katılımla devlet güvenliğini kısıtlamak için 2020 yıl 880 yıl bekleyen 15 gün süreyle tutuklamaya karar verdi. Bayan Howayda, 15/9/2020 tarihinde İskenderiye'deki evinden tutuklandı ve 5 gün zorla kaybedilme altında kaldı.
