قررت نيابة ههيا بمحافظة الشرقية، حبس المواطن إسلام أبوفول، 15 يوما على ذمة التحقيقات في اتهامه بالانضمام إلى جماعة أسست على خلاف أحكام القانون والدستور، وحيازة منشورات.كانت قوات أمن الشرقية، قد اعتقلت أبوفول، من من محل عمله بمركز ههيا، بدون سند قانوني، بتاريخ 27/8/2019 . تحديث 19/5/2020 :اعتقلت قوات أمن الشرقية يوم الثلاثاء 19/5/2020 للمرة الرابعة / هاني عطية جاويش، 45 سنة، قبيل المغرب من بهنيا مركز ديرب نجم، ويعمل مدرس حاسب آلي.كما اعتقلت قوات الامن إسلام مصطفى أبو فول، ٣٩سنة، للمرة الثانية من منزله ويعمل مدرس بالمدرسة الثانوية الصناعية بههيا. تحديث 21/5/2020:قررت نيابة ههيا حبس المواطن إسلام أبوفول، 15 يوما على ذمة التحقيقاتفي اتهامه بالانضمام إلى جماعة أسست على خلاف أحكام القانون والدستور Hehia Prosecutor’s Office in Al Sharqiya Governorate decided to detain Islam Abovul for 15 days, pending investigations into his accusation of joining a group that was established in violation of the provisions of the law and the constitution, and the possession of publications.Eastern Security Forces had arrested Abovul from his workplace in Hehia Center, without legal basis, on 27/8/2019. Update 05/19/2020: Eastern Security forces arrested on Tuesday 19/5/2020 for the fourth time / Hani Attia Gawish, 45 years old, just before Morocco from Bhnia, Derb Negm Center, and he works as a computer teacher.The security forces also arrested Islam Mustafa Abu Fool, 39, for the second time from his home and worked as a teacher at the Industrial Secondary School in Hehya. Update 5/21/2020: Hahaya Prosecution decided to detain Islam Abovul for 15 days, pending investigations into his accusation of joining a group that was established in contravention of the provisions of the law and the constitution Al Sharqiya Valiliği'ndeki Hehia Savcılığı, Yasa ve anayasa hükümleri ve yayınların mülkiyeti ihlal edilerek kurulan bir gruba katılma suçlamasıyla ilgili soruşturmayı bekleyen 15 gün boyunca İslam Abovul'u gözaltına almaya karar verdi.Doğu Güvenlik Kuvvetleri, Abovul'u 27/8/2019 tarihinde yasal dayanak olmaksızın Hehia Center'daki işyerinden tutuklamıştı. Güncelleme 05/19/2020: Doğu Güvenlik güçleri 19/5/2020 Salı günü dördüncü kez tutuklandı / 45 yaşındaki Hani Attia Gawish, Fas'ın Bhnia, Derb Negm Center'dan hemen önce ve bilgisayar öğretmeni olarak çalışıyor.Güvenlik güçleri ayrıca 39 yaşındaki İslam Mustafa Abu Fool'u evinden ikinci kez tutukladı ve Hehya'daki Endüstri Ortaokulunda öğretmen olarak çalıştı. Güncelleme 5/21/2020: Haheya Savcılığı, yasa ve anayasa hükümlerine aykırı olarak kurulan bir gruba katılma suçlamasıyla ilgili soruşturmayı bekleyen İslam Abovul'u 15 gün hapis cezasına çarptırdı
