قررت الدائرة الخامسة إرهاب اليوم إحالة أوراق بهاء كشك و2 آخرين للمفتي لاستطلاع الرأي الشرعي في إعدامهم في القضية المعروفة إعلاميا بخلية المرابطين والتي تضم 12متهما، وهشام عشماوي الذي نفذ فيه حكم الإعدام.
وحددت جلسة 25 أكتوبر للنطق بالحكم.
