قررت نيابة دمنهور، يوم الثلاثاء 23 يوليو، حبس "أشرف عوض"، شقيق المستشار محمد عوض، رئيس محكمة الإستئناف ومنسق حركة قضاة من أجل مصر بالبحيرة، و"محمود ناصف"، 15 يومًا على ذمة التحقيقات فى اتهامهم بالانضمام لجماعة أسست على خلاف أحكام القانون والدستور.
