اعتقلت قوات الأمن بمحافظة الشرقية،يوم الخميس 26 مارس ، المواطنين "يوسف عبدالمعين، ومهند سمير" من منزلهما بمدينة أبو كبير ،ومن مركز الابراهيمية اعتقلت محمود ضلام، من قرية السطايحة، بدون سند قانوني واقتادتهم إلى جهة غير معلومة. On Thursday (March 26th), security forces in Sharkia Governorate arrested the citizens, "Youssef Abdel-Moein and Muhannad Samir" from their home in Abu Kabir, and from the Ibrahimia Center, arrested Mahmoud Dallam, from the village of Al-Sattayeh, without legal support and took them to an unknown destination. 26 Mart Perşembe günü, Sharkia Valiliği'ndeki güvenlik güçleri Abu Kabir'deki evlerinden "Youssef Abdel-Moein ve Muhannad Samir" vatandaşları tutukladı ve Ibrahimia Center'dan Al-Sattayeh köyünden Mahmud Dallam'ı yasal destek almadan tutukladı ve bilinmeyen bir yere götürdü.
