اعتقلت قوات الأمن بمحافظة البحيرة، يوم الأحد 12 يناير، المحامي «مؤمن الحلفاوي»، والطالب «إبراهيم جمال عمارة»، من أمام كلية الشريعة جامعة طنطا، و«إبراهيم أبوفيوض»، من منزله بمركز المحمودية، في حملة اعتقالات بالبحيرة، وذلك دون سند قانوني، و اقتادتهم لجهة غير معلومة. On Sunday January 12, security forces in Beheira Governorate arrested the lawyer, “Moamen Al-Halfawi,” and the student, “Ibrahim Jamal Amara,” in front of the Faculty of Sharia, Tanta University, and “Ibrahim Abu Fayyoud,” from his home in the Mahmudiyah Center, in a campaign of arrests in Beheira, without support.
