لا تزال قوات أمن المنوفية، تخفي قسراً المواطن "وائل السيفى"، لليوم التاسع والخمسون ، وذلك منذ اعتقاله من منزله بمدينة «سرس الليان» يوم 5 سبتمبر الماضي، دون سند قانوني، واقتياده لجهة غير معلومة . The security forces of Menoufia are still forcibly hiding Wael al-Saifi for the 59th day since his arrest from his house in Sars al-Layyan on 5 September without legal support and taking him to an unknown destination. Menoufia'nın güvenlik güçleri, 5 Eylül'de Sars el-Layyan'daki evinden yasal destek almadan ve onu bilinmeyen bir yere götürdükten sonra tutuklanmasından bu yana 59. gün için hala Wael el-Saifi'yi saklıyor.
