اعتقلت قوات الأمن بالقاهرةيوم 17/9/2019 المحامي وضابط الشرطة السابق أحمد عبد الرحمن سطوحي سرحان، أثناء توجهه إلى مكتب النائب العام بعد إعلانه تقديم بلاغ ضد عبدالفتاح السيسي، واقتادته إلى جهة غير معلومة.
