قامت قوات أمن الشرقية بالإخفاء القسري بحق المواطن/ حسام عبد النبي السيد عزوز -سكرتير دائرة بمحكمة جنايات الزقازيق، بعد القبض التعسفي عليه صباح يوم الثلاثاء 3 سبتمبر2019 أثناء توجهه لمحطة القطار للذهاب لعمله. وتم اقتياده إلى نقطة الشرطة ثم إلى مركز شرطة بلبيس، وفي اليوم التالي انكرالمركز وجوده و اختفى قسريا. Sharqia security forces forced enforced disappearance of the citizen / Hossam Abdel Nabi El Sayed Azzouz - Secretary of the Department of the Criminal Court of Zagazig, after arbitrary arrest on the morning of Tuesday, September 3, 2019 while going to the train station to go to work. He was taken to the police station and then to the Bilbeis police station. The next day, he denied his presence and forcibly disappeared. Sharqia güvenlik güçleri, 3 Eylül 2019 Salı günü sabah saatlerinde işe gitmek üzere tren istasyonuna giderken keyfi bir şekilde tutuklanmasının ardından, Vatandaş / Hossam Abdel Nabi El Sayed Azzouz - Zagazig Ceza Mahkemesi Dairesi Sekreteri'nin ortadan kaybolmasını zorunlu kıldı. Polis karakoluna ve ardından Bilbeis karakoluna alındı, ertesi gün varlığını reddetti ve zorla ortadan kayboldu.
