قررت نيابة دمياط حبس المحامي والحقوقي صفوت دباره، 15 يوما على ذمة التحقيقات في اتهامه بالانضمام لجماعة أسست على خلاف أحكام القانون والدستور، بعد اعتقاله من سرايا النيابة.
