بتاريخ 26 يونيو، وأثناء زيارته لوالده في سجن الوادي الجديد.اعتقلت قوات الامن المواطن / أحمد مصطفي عفيفي ، طالب بالفرقه الرابعه حاسبات ومعلومات جامعه المنصورة ، ومقيم بكفر الشيخ، وقامت بإخفائه قسرياً ، ورغم مرور اربعة أيام على اعتقاله لم يعرض على ثمة جهة تحقيق ، وتُحمل أسرة "أحمد مصطفي" مأمور سجن الوادي الجديد ورئيس المباحث ومدير أمن الوادي الجديد ووزير الداخلية المسئولية الكاملة عن سلامته وحياته.
