رفضت المحكمة العليا للطعون العسكرية، الطعن المقدم من دفاع 9 متهمين على أحكام الإعدام والسجن بمدد تتراوح من 3 سنوات وحتى المؤبد، فى القضية المعروفة إعلاميا بـ«سفارة النيجر»، وأيدت الأحكام الصادرة ضدهم. وكانت المحكمة العسكرية قد قضت في وقت سابق، بالإعدام شنقًا للمتهم محمد جمال، والمؤبد لـ4 متهمين، والسجن المشدد 10 سنوات لـ 12 آخرين. كما قضت بالسجن المشدد 5 سنوات لـ5 متهمين، والمشدد 3 سنوات لـ13 آخرين، وبراءة 8 متهمين، وانقضاء الدعوى الجنائية تجاه متهم لوفاته. The Supreme Court of Military Appeals rejected the appeal filed by nine defendants for the death penalty and imprisonment for a term of three years and even for life in the case known as the "Niger Embassy" and supported their sentences. Earlier, the military court sentenced Mohammed Jamal, who was sentenced to death by hanging to four defendants, to 10 years in prison and 12 years in prison. She also sentenced to 5 years imprisonment for 5 accused, aggravated 3 years for 13 others, 8 acquittals and a criminal case against a defendant for his death.
