ألقت قوات أمن البحيرة القبض على المحامي بالنقض وعضو هيئة الدفاع عن معتقلي البحيرة /أيمن عبد الوهاب أبو وردة من داخل مقر شركة فودافون، كان ابو وردة قد تلقى اتصالا هاتفيا من الشركة المذكورة يفيد بفوزه بموبايل وطلبت منه التوجه لفرعها الرئيسي لإستلام الهدية ، حيث كان كميناً امنياً في انتظاره قام بالقبض عليه وترحيله إلي مقر أمني غير معلوم.
