أعلنت وزارة الداخلية، اليوم الثلاثاء 21 مايو، عن تصفية 16 شخصاً، في تبادل لإطلاق النار خلال مداهمة أحد المنازل بـ"دائرة قسم شرطة العريش"، والعثور بحوزتهم على العديد من الأسلحة النارية والذخائر والعبوات والأحزمة الناسفة. The Interior Ministry announced on Tuesday (May 21st) that 16 people had been killed during an exchange of fire during a raid on a house belonging to the "Arish police station" and found many firearms, ammunition, bombs and explosive belts. İçişleri Bakanlığı 21 Mayıs Salı günü yaptığı açıklamada, "Arish karakoluna" ait bir eve yapılan baskın sırasında yangın sırasında 16 kişinin öldüğünü ve çok sayıda ateşli silah, mühimmat, bomba ve patlayıcı kemer bulunduğunu duyurdu.
