أفاد شهود عيان أن قوات امن الشرقية اعتقلت المواطن / عمرو محمد وضاح علوي من قرية العلاقمة،، شاب -عمره ٣٨ عام -يعمل فني تركيب فلاتر المياه ، يوم ٢٨ إبريل 2019، والمواطن مصطفي الهربيطي من داخل لجنة الامتحانات بمعهد الحرمين الديني بههيا واقتادتهم لجهة مجهولة . تحديث 20/5/2020: لازال عمرو وضاح قيد الاختفاء القسري. Eyewitnesses reported that the security forces of the east arrested the citizen / Amr Wadah from the village of Al-Alaqma, and citizen Mustafa Harbiti from within the examination committee of the Institute of religious sanctuary Bahhia and took them to an unknown destination Görgü tanıkları, doğudaki güvenlik güçlerinin, vatandaşı / Amr Wadah'ı Al Alaqma köyünden ve vatandaşı Mustafa Harbiti'yi dini kutsal Bahhia Enstitüsü'nün inceleme komitesinden tutuklayıp bilmedikleri bir yere götürdüklerini bildirdi.
