قضت محكمة النقض، اليوم الثلاثاء، برفض طعن المتهمين فى قضية طلائع حسم ، وتأييد إدراج 145 على قوائم الكيانات الإرهابية.كانت محكمة جنايات القاهرة، برئاسة المستشار خليل عمر عبدالعزيز، قد قضت بإدراج 145 متهما على قوائم الإرهاب، وذلك لمدة 5 سنوات، تبدأ من تاريخ صدور القرار فى 13 يونيو الماضى، فى القضية رقم 760 لسنة 2017 حصر أمن دولة عليا والمعروفة باسم "طلائع حسم الإرهابية"، ومن بين الأسماء المدرجة، معتز مطر، ومحمد ناصر، وصابر مشهور، وياسر العمدة، وحمزة زوبع، ووجدى غنيم، ومجدى شلش، وعصام تليمة، ويحيى موسى.
