قررت محكمة جنايات الفيوم، برئاسة المستشار ياسر محرم، اليوم الثلاثاء 5 مارس، إحالة أوراق 4 متهمين إلى مفتي الديار المصرية، لاستطلاع الرأي الشرعي في إعدامهم لاتهامهم في القضية المعروفة إعلاميًا بـ«الاعتداء على نقطة مبارك« وحددت جلسة 3 يوليو للنطق بالحكم.والمتهمين المحال أوارقهم للمفتي هم "رحيم. ع. ر" (28 سنة - فني لف مواتير)"حضوريا"، وغيابيا لكل من "محمد عبدالله. ح"، و"محمد صالح، وخليل عبدالله. ع".وتعود أحداث القضية رقم 19855 لسنة 2016م جنايات قسم أول الفيوم، والمقيدة برقم 1886 كلي الفيوم، إلى 27 فبراير 2015م بدائرة القسم، باتهام 21 شخصًا بالهجوم على نقطة شرطة مبارك بالأسلحة النارية ما أدى إلى مقتل فرد الأمن حسن عبدالحكيم.
