القت قوات امن الاسكندرية القبض التعسفى على المواطن / بلال عبد الرازقمن شارع محمد نجيب بالإسكندرية، يوم الجمعة ١ مارس وأخفته قسرياً ، وحتى الآن لم يستدل على مكانه ولم يظهر فى النيابة وقسم منتزه أول (التابع له ) ينكر وجوده ومديرية امن الاسكندرية تنكر وجوده ..
