اعتقلت قوات أمن الشرقية يوم الإثنين 4 مارس، 4 مواطنين من منازلهم بالشرقية، دون سند قانوني، واقتيادهم لجهة غير معلومة حتي الآن، وهم :- إبراهيم مسيل،- سمير عوض،- عصام عبدالمنعم،- محمد إبراهيم الصيفى. On Wednesday (March 4th), security forces arrested four citizens from their homes in the east, without any legal basis, and took them to an unknown destination so far. They were: Ibrahim Masil, Samir Awad, Essam Abdel Moneim and Ibrahim Ibrahim Al-Saifi. 4 Mart Çarşamba günü, güvenlik güçleri, doğusundaki evlerinden, yasal dayanağı olmayan dört kişiyi tutukladı ve şu ana kadar bilinmeyen bir yere götürdüler, onlar: İbrahim Masil, Samir Awad, Essam Abdel Moneim ve İbrahim İbrahim El-Saifi.
