ظهر بنيابة العاشر من رمضان يوم الاحد الموافق 12/12/2021 عدد 2 من المختفين قسرياً منذ أسبوع، وهما :- 1- وائل إبراهيم العقر - من ميت غمر، محافظة الدقهلية (اعتقل منذ أسبوع من كمين مصر النور ويعمل فني اشعة ومقيم بالعاشرمن رمضان منذ فترة وجيزة). 2-بلال عوني السنوسي - يعمل فني بإحدى شركات العاشر من رمضان وهو من المنيا ومقيم بالعاشرمن رمضان، وتم القبض عليه من أمام مقر عمله منذ أسبوع. وقررت النيابة حبسهما 15يوم على ذمة التحقيقات بتهمة الانتماء لجماعة إرهابية وحيازة منشورات بقضية رقم 2021/5800 جنح ثان العاشر من رمضان. On Sunday 12/12/2021, the Public Prosecution Office of the Tenth of Ramadan appeared, two of the forcibly disappeared people a week ago: 1- Wael Ibrahim Al-Aqr - from Mit Ghamr, Dakahlia Governorate (he was arrested a week ago from the Misr Al-Nour ambush, and he works as a radiology technician and has been residing in the 10th of Ramadan for a short time). 2- Bilal Awni Al-Senussi - a technician works in one of the tenth of Ramadan companies. He is from Minya and resides in the tenth of Ramadan. He was arrested in front of his workplace a week ago. The Public Prosecution decided to imprison them for 15 days, pending investigations, on charges of belonging to a terrorist group and possessing publications in Case No. 5800/2021, Second Misdemeanour, 10th of Ramadan. 12/12/2021 Pazar günü, bir hafta önce zorla kaybedilen iki kişiden Ramazan'ın Onuncu Cumhuriyet Savcılığı çıktı: 1- Wael Ibrahim Al-Aqr - Dakahlia Valiliği Mit Ghamr'dan (bir hafta önce Misr Al-Nour pusudan tutuklandı ve radyoloji teknisyeni olarak çalışıyor ve kısa bir süredir Ramazan ayının 10'unda ikamet ediyor) . 2- Bilal Awni Al-Senussi - Ramazan'ın onuncu şirketinden birinde çalışan bir teknisyen Minya'lı ve Ramazan'ın onuncusunda ikamet ediyor.Bir hafta önce işyerinin önünde tutuklandı. Cumhuriyet Savcılığı, 10 Ramazan İkinci Kabahat, 5800/2021 sayılı Dava'da terör örgütüne üye olmak ve yayın bulundurmak suçundan soruşturmaları devam ederek 15 gün hapis cezasına çarptırılmasına karar verdi.
