‏اقتحمت قوة أمنية بزي مدني في ساعة متأخرة من مساء السبت 17 يوليو 2021 منزل الكاتب الصحفي عبدالناصر سلامة- رئيس تحرير جريدة الأهرام السابق- بالاسكندرية وقامت باعتقاله، وبعرضه علي نيابة أمن الدولة العليا قررت حبسه 15 يوماً علي ذمة التحقيقات بتهمة الانتماء إلي جماعة إرهابية. سلامة نشر مؤخرا مقالا يطالب فيه السيسي بالتنحي، ويحمله المسئولية عن ضياع حقوق مصر التاريخية في مياه النيل. تحديث 25/7/2021: قامت السلطات المصرية بترحيل الكاتب الصحفى عبد الناصر سلامة الى سجن العقرب شديد 2 بمجمع سجون طرة وحبسه فى زنزانه انفرادية In the late evening of Saturday, July 17, 2021, a security force in civilian clothes stormed the home of journalist Abdel Nasser Salama - - and arrested him, and before the Supreme State Security Prosecution decided to imprison him for 15 days pending investigations on charges of belonging to a terrorist group. Salameh recently published an article calling for Sisi to step down, and holding him responsible for the loss of Egypt's historical rights to the Nile waters. 17 Temmuz 2021 Cumartesi akşamı geç saatlerde, sivil giyimli bir güvenlik gücü, Abdel Nasser Salama'nın evine baskın yaptı ve onu tutukladı ve Yüksek Devlet Güvenlik Savcılığı onu hapsetmeye karar vermeden önce terör örgütü üyesi olma suçlamasıyla 15 gün süreyle soruşturma açıldı. Salama geçtiğimiz günlerde Sisi'yi istifaya çağıran ve Mısır'ın Nil sularındaki tarihi haklarını kaybetmesinden onu sorumlu tutan bir makale yayınladı.
