‏لفظ المعتقل/ماهر فاروق ماهر شحاتة-26 عام، طالب-انفاسه الأخيرة يوم السبت 17/7/2021 داخل محبسه بسجن وادي النطرون 430. يذكر أنه من أبناء قرية ناهيا محافظة الجيزة، إعتقل في سبتمبر 2013 أثناء اقتحام قوات الامن لمدينة كرداسة، وكان في عمر 18 عام، وحكم عليه بالاعدام في قضية أقتحام مركز شركة كرداسة، قبل أن تعدل محكمة النقض الحكم إلي المؤبد، أفاد شهود عيان أنه تم تعذيبه علي يد أحد ضباط سجن وادي النطرون 430 ومخبريه، كما أفاد الشهود أن معتقلي قضية كرداسة " علي وجه الخصوص" يعانون إضطهاداً مضاعفاً عن سائر المعتقلين بسجن وادي النطرون.The detainee / Maher Farouk Maher Shehata - 26 years old, student - breathed his last on Saturday 17/7/2021 inside his prison cell in Wadi Al-Natrun 430 prison. It is reported that he is from the village of Nahya, Giza Governorate. He was arrested in September 2013 while the security forces stormed the city of Kerdasa. He was 18 years old, and he was sentenced to death in the case of storming the Kerdasa company center, before the Court of Cassation amended the sentence to life. Eyewitnesses reported that he was tortured by an officer of Wadi El-Natrun 430 prison and his informants, and the witnesses said that the detainees of the Kerdasa case "Ali" In particular, they suffer double persecution than other detainees in Wadi al-Natrun Prison. Tutuklu / Maher Farouk Maher Shehata - 26 yaşında, öğrenci - 17/7/2021 Cumartesi günü Wadi Al-Natrun 430 cezaevindeki hücresinde son nefesini verdi.Gize Valiliği, Nahya köyünden olduğu bildirildi. Eylül 2013'te güvenlik güçlerinin Kerdasa kentini basması sırasında tutuklanmış, 18 yaşındaydı ve Yargıtay'ın cezasını müebbet değiştirmeden önce Kerdasa şirket merkezine baskın yapmaktan ölüm cezasına çarptırıldı. Görgü tanıkları, Wadi El-Natrun 430 Hapishanesi memuru ve muhbirleri tarafından işkence gördüğünü bildirdi ve tanıklar, Kerdasa "Ali" davasının tutuklularının özellikle Wadi al-Natrun Hapishanesindeki diğer tutuklulardan iki kat daha fazla zulüm gördüklerini söylediler. ..
