قررت نيابة أمن الدولة العليا حبس السيدة/ ولاء صابر جمعة نوفل -21 عام- 15 يوماً احتياطياً علي ذمة القضية 620 لسنة 2021 حصر أمن دولة، وأقرت أمام النيابة بأنها كانت متزوجة من أحد المتهمين بالانضمام لتنظيم ولاية سيناء، وفى 2 يناير 2021 حاولت الهرب عبر تسليم نفسها لمستشفى فى منطقة الشيخ زويد كونها كانت حامل وعلى وشك ان تضع طفلها، ليتم اصطحابها الى أحد كمائن الجيش وحكت لهم تفاصيل ما حدث معها، قاموا بعدها بنقلها الى مقر الامن الوطنى فى الشيخ زويد، حيث وجدت هناك المتهمة أعلاه وأخريات، وظللن هناك إلى أن تم التحقيق معهن أمام النيابة العسكرية فى شهر فبراير 2021 بعد اختفاء دام أكثر من شهر في مقر الأمن الوطنى بالشيخ زويد، ثم تم ترحيلهن الى قسم القنطرة غرب، حيث وضعت ولاء طفلها هناك أثناء احتجازها فى القسم. وفى مارس 2021 تم إخلاء سبيلهن، حيث نقلوا إلى مقر الأمن الوطنى فى العريش، وظلت محتجزة هناك إلى أن تم عرضها على النيابة أمس، جدير بالذكر أن الشرطة أخذت منها طفلها حديث الولادة منذ ثلاثة أيام فى قسم شرطة أبو صوير بالإضافة إلي ابنتها ولا تعلم مكانهم.
