داهمت قوات أمن الشرقية بمركز ههيا مساء الاثنين 8 فبراير2021 المحل الخاص بالمواطن "عماد سعيد خلف" واعتقلته دون سند من القانون. يذكر أنه شقيق المحامي المعتقل "السيد خلف" تحديث :قررت اليوم الأحد 21 فبراير 2021 نيابة أمن الدولة العليا بالتجمع الخامس حبسالمواطن/ عماد سعيد خلف، 15 يوم احتياطيا علي ذمة التحقيقات بتهمة الانتماء لجماعة إرهابية وحيازة منشورات. On Monday evening, February 8, 2021, the Eastern Security Forces raided the shop of "Emad Saeed Khalaf" in the district of Hehia, and arrested him without legal support. Tutuklanan avukat "Halef Bey" in kardeşi olduğu bildirildi.
