قررت نيابة ههيا- محافظة الشرقية - يوم 10/1/2021 حبس المحامي محمد عزت15 يوما احتياطيا علي ذمة التحقيقات، ووجهت له تهمة الانتماء لجماعة إرهابية، بعد اعتقاله تعسفياً يوم الخميس 7/1/2021، وإخفائه قسرياً لمدة 3 أيام. On 10/1/2021, the Hahaya Prosecution office in Sharkia governorate decided to detain lawyer Muhammad Ezzat for 15 days pending investigations, and charged him with belonging to a terrorist group, after he was arbitrarily arrested on Thursday 1/7/2021, and forcibly disappeared for 3 days. 10/1/2021 tarihinde, Sharkia Valiliğindeki Hahaya Savcılık Bürosu, avukat Muhammed Ezzat'ı soruşturma beklemek üzere 15 gün gözaltında tutmaya karar verdi ve kendisini, 1/7/2021 Perşembe günü keyfi olarak tutuklanıp 3 gün süreyle zorla kaybedildikten sonra terörist bir gruba üye olmakla suçladı.
