تواصل السلطات المصرية الإخفاء القسري بحق المواطن/ عبد المنعم أشرف وشهرته"سيف عوالي" -24 عاما –طالب بجامعة الأزهر، وذلك منذ القبض التعسفي عليه في17 أكتوبر 2020 أثناء عودته إلى مصر قادماً من السودان " بالطريق البري"لزيارة أهله، وتم أقتياده الي قسم شرطة حلايب يوم 18/10/2020 ، حيث تم إخفائه قسرياً، ولم يعرض علي ثمة جهة تحقيق ولم يستدل على مكان احتجازه إلى الآن.سيف أب لطفلة عمرها عامين. تحديث 5/6/2021:ظهر الطالب عبد المنعم أشرف عوالي، الشهير بـ "سيف عوالي"، فى نيابة امن الدولة العليا، فى 5يونيو 2021، بعد 8 أشهر من الاختفاء القسري.واعتقل سيف عوالى، يوم 17أكتوبر 2020، على الحدود المصرية السودانية، واختفى قسرياً منذ ذلك الحين. Mısırlı yetkililer, 17 Ekim 2020'de Sudan'dan Mısır'a ailesini ziyaret etmek için "karayoluyla" dönerken keyfi olarak tutuklandığı için, daha çok Saif Awali olarak bilinen - 24 yaşındaki - Saif Awali'nin - Abdül Moneim Eşref'in hakkını zorla kaybetmeye devam ediyor ve bölüme götürülüyor. Halayeb Polisi 10/18/2020 tarihinde zorla kaybedildiği sırada önüme soruşturma ajansı getirilmedi ve nerede olduğu henüz bulunamadı.Saif, iki yaşında bir kızın babasıdır.
