قررت نيابة غرب الكلية في جلستها المنعقدة يوم 29/10/2020 تجديد حبس / محمد سعيد السوداني 15 يوما على ذمة القضية رقم 4300 لسنة 2020 إدارى مينا البصل، والمتهم فيها بالانضمام لجماعة إرهابية والترويج لاغراضها وحيازة مطبوعات.إعتقل السوداني يوم 30 أغسطس 2020 وتعرض للاختفاء القسري ، قبل أن يعرض علي النيابة يوم 6 سبتمبر 2020علي ذمة القضية المذكورة. The West College Prosecutor decided, in its session held on 10/29/2020, to renew the imprisonment of Muhammad Saeed Al-Sudani for 15 days pending Case No. 4300 of 2020 Administrative Officer of Mina Al-Basal, in which he is accused of joining a terrorist group and promoting its purposes and possession of publications.Al-Sudani was arrested on August 30, 2020, and subjected to enforced disappearance, before he was brought before the prosecution on September 6, 2020, pending the aforementioned case. West College Savcısı, 10/29/2020 tarihli oturumunda, Muhammed Saeed Al-Sudani'nin, bir terörist gruba katılmak, amaçlarını ve yayınlarını desteklemekle suçlandığı 2020 Mina Al-Basal İdari Görevlisi 4300 numaralı davaya kadar 15 gün hapis cezasını yenilemeye karar verdi.Al-Sudani, 30 Ağustos 2020'de tutuklandı ve söz konusu dava beklenirken 6 Eylül 2020'de savcılık önüne çıkarılmadan önce zorla kaybetmeye maruz kaldı.
