اعتقلت قوات أمن القاهرة الدكتور / إبراهيم عبدالحميد بديوي - طبيب مقيم جراحة الاطفال بمستشفي المطرية التعليمي ، والذي يستعد لاداء الخدمة العسكرية ، دون سند من القانون ، وتم عرضه علي نيابة أمن الدولة العليا ،التي قررت حبسه 15 يوماً احتياطياً علي ذمة القضية رقم 535 لسنة 2020 حصر أمن دولة عليا .
