في 18 مارس 2020، ألقت قوات من الأمن القبض على عاطف حسب الله السيد أحمد، رئيس تحرير جريدة "القرار الدولي"، من أمام منزله بمحافظة أسوان.و ظل رهن الاختفاء ، حتى ظهر بنيابة أمن الدولة العليا بالقاهرة في 14 ابريل متهما على ذمة القضية 558 لسنة 2020 حصر أمن دولة. حيث تم سؤاله خلال التحقيقات عن منشورات له على حسابه بـ"فيسبوك" حول إصابات كورونا في مصر وتعليقه على الأعداد الرسمية للمصابين، حتى صدر القرار بحبسه 15 يوما احتياطيا. تحديث 30/3/2021: إخلاء سبيل عاطف حسب الله رئيس تحرير جريدة القرار الدولي On March 18, 2020, security forces arrested Atef Hassab Allah El-Sayed Ahmed, the editor-in-chief of the "International Decision" newspaper, in front of his house in Aswan Governorate.He remained subject to disappearance, until he appeared in the Supreme State Security Prosecution in Cairo on April 14, accusing the case of 558 for the year 2020 restricting state security.
