قامت قوات امن الشرقية ظهر يوم الاحد 19 ابريل ،باعتقال 2 من المواطنينمن كمين أمنى بمدينة العاشر من رمضان، بلا سند من القانون ، واقتادتهما الي جهة غير معلومة ، وهما :1- مصطفى السيد محمد المظالى2-أحمد الوصيفى (ديرب نجم) تحديث 23/08/2021: قررت نيابة العاشر من رمضان تدوير 4 معتقلين علي ذمة قضية جديدة و قررت حبسهم 15 يوما علي ذمة التحقيقات بتهمة الانتماء لجماعة إرهابية وحيازة منشوراتوهم :_1- احمد عبدالحكم - تدوير للمرة الرابعة2- يوسف شعبان - تدوير للمرة الخامسة3- حمدي شوقي ابو وردة -تدوير للمرة الرابعة4- احمد محمد الوصيفي -تدوير للمرة الخامسةيذكر أن جميعهم قد حصل علي براءة بتاريخ 25/7/2021 وتم اخفائهم قسريا لمدة شهر إلي أن تم عرضهم علي النيابة في القضية الماثلة. On Sunday April 19th, the Eastern Security Forces arrested 2 citizens from a security ambush in the city of Tenth of Ramadan, without support from the law, and took them to an unknown destination, namely:1- Mustafa Al-Sayed Mohamed Al-Mazhali2- Ahmed Al-Wasifi (Derb Negm) Update 23/08/2021: The Tenth of Ramadan Prosecution decided to rotate 4 detainees pending a new case and decided to imprison them for 15 days pending investigations on charges of belonging to a terrorist group and possession of publicationsdelusion :_1- Ahmed Abdel Hakam - rotated for the fourth time2- Youssef Shaaban - rotated for the fifth time3- Hamdi Shawky Abu Warda - rotated for the fourth time4- Ahmed Mohammed Al-Wasaifi - rotated for the fifth timeIt is reported that all of them were acquitted on 25/7/2021 and were forcibly disappeared for a month until they were brought before the Public Prosecution in the same case. 19 Nisan Pazar günü, Doğu Güvenlik Kuvvetleri, Ramazan'ın 10. Şehri'nde güvenlik pusudan 2 vatandaşı yasadan destek almadan tutukladı ve bilinmeyen bir yere götürdü:1- Mustafa Al-Sayed Mohamed Al-Mazhali2- Ahmed Al-Wasifi (Derb Negm) 23.08.2021 Güncellemesi: Ramazan'ın 10'uncu Savcılığı, 4 tutuklunun yeni bir davaya dönmesine ve terör örgütüne üye olma ve yayın bulundurma suçlamalarıyla soruşturma süresince 15 gün hapis cezasına çarptırılmasına karar verdi.hayal :_1- Ahmed Abdel Hakam - dördüncü kez döndürüldü2- Youssef Shaaban - beşinci kez döndürüldü3- Hamdi Shawky Abu Warda - dördüncü kez döndürüldü4- Ahmed Mohammed Al-Wasaifi - beşinci kez döndürüldüHepsinin 25/7/2021 tarihinde beraat ettiği ve aynı davada Cumhuriyet Savcılığına çıkarılana kadar bir ay süreyle zorla kaybedildikleri bildirildi.
