حجزت محكمة النقض، اليوم ، أولى جلسات طعن المتهمين في القضية المعروفة إعلاميًا، بـ "طلائع حسم "، على قرار إدراجهم على قوائم الكيانات الإرهابية، لجلسة 26 مارس للحكم. كانت محكمة جنايات القاهرة، برئاسة المستشار خليل عمر عبد العزيز، قضت بإدراج 187 متهمًا على قوائم الإرهاب، لمدة 5 سنوات، تبدأ من تاريخ صدور القرار في 13 يونيو الماضي، في القضية رقم 760 لسنة 2017 حصر أمن دولة عليا والمعروفة باسم "طلائع حسم ".ومن بين الأسماء المدرجة، معتز مطر، ومحمد ناصر، وصابر مشهور، وياسر العمدة، وحمزة زوبع، ووجدي غنيم، ومجدي شلش، وعصام تليمة، ويحيى موسى.

The Court of Cassation today held the first hearing on the decision to include them on lists of terrorist entities for the March 26 hearing. The Cairo Criminal Court, headed by Counselor Khalil Omar Abdel Aziz, ruled that 187 defendants on terrorism lists should be listed for a period of five years, starting from the date of the decision of June 13, 2017. Among the names listed are Mu'taz Matar, Mohammed Nasser, Saber Mashhour, Yasir al-Omdah, Hamza Zoba, Oujdi Ghunaim, Majdi Shalash, Essam Talima and Yahya Mousa.

Yargıtay bugün, 26 Mart duruşması için onları terör örgütlerinin listelerine dahil etme kararıyla ilgili ilk duruşma yaptı.
