The Interior Ministry carries out the death sentence in Shukr and Al-Abasiri in the case of the Library of Alexandria

نفذت وزارة الداخلية فجر اليوم 3 أكتوبر حكم الاعدام في :
1-ياسر عبد الصمد محمد عبد الفتاح
2- وياسر الأباصيري عبد النعيم في سجن برج العرب بالغربانيات في محافظة الإسكندرية، على خلفية اتهامهما في قضية أحداث مكتبة الإسكندرية.
كانت المحكمة قد قضت في 28/9/2015 بإعدام كلٍّ من ياسر عبد الصمد محمد عبد الفتاح، وياسر الأباصيري عبد النعيم حضورياً، ووليد محمد حبيب غيابياً ، وبالسجن المؤبد على 25 آخرين، بينهم 4 غيابياً.
وفى 3/7/2017 رفضت محكمة النقض الطعن المقدم من المتهمين لتصبح الاحكام الحضورية في القضية نهائية.

Today, October 3, the Ministry of Interior carried out the death sentence for:
1- Yasser Abdul-Samad Muhammad Abdel-Fattah
2- Yasser Al-Abassiri Abdel-Naim in Burj Al-Arab prison in Al-Gharbaniyat Governorate in Alexandria, against the background of their accusations in the case of the events of the Library of Alexandria.
On September 28, 2015, the court had sentenced Yasser Abd Al-Samad Muhammad Abdel Fattah, Yasser Al-Abassiri Abdel-Naim in attendance to death, and Walid Muhammad Habib in absentia, and sentenced 25 others to life imprisonment, including 4 in absentia.
On 3/7/2017, the Court of Cassation rejected the appeal submitted by the defendants, so that the judgments in the case became final.

Bugün 3 Ekim'de İçişleri Bakanlığı idam cezasını şu kişiler için infaz etti:
1- Yaser Abdul-Samad Muhammed Abdel-Fattah
2- İskenderiye Kütüphanesi'ndeki olaylarla ilgili suçlamalarının arka planına karşı, İskenderiye'deki El Gharbaniyat Valiliğindeki Burj Al-Arab Hapishanesinde bulunan Yaser Al-Abassiri Abdel-Naim.
28 Eylül 2015'te mahkeme, Yaser Abd Al-Samad Muhammad Abdel Fattah, Yaser Al-Abassiri Abdel-Naim'i gıyaben ve Walid Muhammad Habib'i gıyaben idam cezasına çarptırdı ve 4'ü gıyaben olmak üzere 25 kişiyi ömür boyu hapse mahkum etti.
Yargıtay 3/7/2017 tarihinde davadaki kararların kesinleşmesi için davalılar tarafından sunulan itirazı reddetti.
