قررت محكمة جنايات الزقازيق بمحافظة الشرقية، رفض استئناف النيابة وتأييد إخلاء سبيل عبدالمنعم جنيدى محمد، بكفالة مالية 5 آلاف جنيه على ذمة القضية في اتهامه بالانضمام إلى جماعة أسست على خلاف أحكام القانون والدستور.
The Zagazig Criminal Court in Sharkia Governorate has refused to appeal the prosecution and support the release of Abdel Moneim Genidi Mohamed, on bail of 5,000 pounds pending the case on charges of joining a group established contrary to the provisions of the law and the Constitution.
Sharkia Valiliği'ndeki Zagazig Asliye Ceza Mahkemesi, kovuşturmaya itiraz etmeyi reddetti ve Yasa ve Anayasa hükümlerine aykırı olarak kurulan bir gruba katılma suçlamasıyla ilgili olarak 5.000 lira kefaletle Abdel Moneim Genidi Mohamed'in serbest bırakılmasını destekledi.
