قضت محكمة جنايات دمنهور أمن دولة طواري ببراءة كلًا من طه مرسي طه، وأبو الفتوح أبو اليزيد في إعادة محاكمتهما في اتهامها بالانضمام إلى جماعة أسست على خلاف أحكام القانون والدستور. وكانت محكمة جنايات دمنهورأمن دولة طوارئ بسجنهم 3 سنوات بجلسة ٢١ ابريل ٢٠١٨، قبل أن يتم إعادة المحاكمة أمام دائرة أخرى.
The Damanhour State Security Court sentenced Taha Mursi Taha and Abu al-Fotouh Abu al-Yazid to re-trial them on charges of joining a group that was established contrary to the provisions of the law and the constitution. The Damanhur Criminal Court of Emergency State was sentenced to three years in prison on April 21, 2018, before retrial before another chamber.
Damanhour Devlet Güvenlik Mahkemesi, Taha Mursi Taha ve Ebu el-Fotouh Ebu el-Yezid'i, yasa ve anayasa hükümlerine aykırı olarak kurulan bir gruba katılma suçlamaları nedeniyle yeniden yargılamak için mahkum etti. Damanhur Acil Durum Ceza Mahkemesi, 21 Nisan 2018'de başka bir odaya yargılanmadan önce üç yıl hapis cezasına çarptırıldı.
