قررت محكمة جنايات الإسكندرية، وم الإثنين 20 مايو ، إخلاء سبيل أيمن محمود الشهير بـ"موندي"، بكفالة 10 آلاف جنيه، على ذمة القضية رقم 12587 لسنة 2018 إداري المنتزه ثان. فيما قررت النيابة، الاستئناف على قرار المحكمة بإخلاء السبيل، وتحدد جلسة غدا الثلاثاء لنظر الإستئناف.
